The Carson Center In Paducah KY is host to a wide variety of Broadway type entertainment, cultural, and education programming. It absolutely gorgeous theater with state of the art lighting and sound and seating for about 1,800 people, with the farthest seat only about 112 feet from the stage. A very subtle , up close and personal venue. So when i heard that ” The Gangs all Here” tour was Stopping by the little town just south of the Illinois Border, I knew it was going to be a sight for sore eyes.
Its been a while since I’ve gone to a show where all thee bands kicked you in the face with their hard punching performances …And That’s exactly what entailed.
Kurt Demier started off the night with his driving, head bobbing rhythms, including his new single DOOM.. Fists were in the air from the beginning of the set. Kurt Did a perfect job in getting the crowd lose and ready.
Buckchery followed And needless to say, put on one hell of a performance as usual. Wasting no time, starting off the evening with their acclaimed hit LIT UP” .playing up to their reputation of delivering a great show filled with tons of energy.
Buckcherry, on tour supporting their new release , “VOL 10”, played songs from it including “Good time”, Lets Get Wild, and a great new version of Bryan Adams 1984 #1 hit Summer of 69. Closing their set with Popular song and Fan Favorite . Crazy B%tch,
I just wanted to get in a car and drive FAST!!! Their performance packed such a punch and you can tell by the response of the crowd!
Skid Row was Fantastic and they absolutely KILLED IT! on Tour for their new CD The Gangs All Hear (Out NOW)
The setlist began with Slave to the grind followed by “The Threat” and then “Big Guns”, and all their great songs including “18 and life”, “I remember you”, “Monkey Business”, “Makin’ a Mess” , and on and on! ..
There’s Something about listening to seasoned Guitar virtuosos Dave Snake Sabo and Scotti Hill shred, along with todays technology, is like dying and going to Heaven.. Simply Mind-blowing!!
Cant say enough about singer Erik Grönwal . His singing ability was nothing short than Spectacular. Especially with having some big shoes to fill. I can honestly tell you Eric made it sound effortless. I seen Jaws dropping when he sang. ..not to mention being a great front man as well!!
Not too many Metal shows pass through Paducah ..so it was nice to see people indulge in something that’s much needed in the Area!!
The Gangs All Here Tour is Definitely worth checking out!
